2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Platform Usage

TalenHire provides AI-powered interview tools to help recruiters assess candidates. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to manipulate interview results or AI evaluations
• Resell, sublicense, or misuse interview credits
• Upload content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights

4. Interview Credits & Payments

• One interview conducted equals one interview credit.
• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
• Credits do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

5. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

AI-generated interview evaluations are provided as decision- support tools only. TalenHire does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI assessments for hiring decisions.

Final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the recruiter or employer.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to provide honest responses during interviews and not engage in impersonation, cheating, or misuse of the platform.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TalenHire, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error- free. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance or improvements.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform, without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalenHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
