Security at TalenHire

1. Data Encryption

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS)
• Sensitive data is encrypted at rest where applicable
• Secure key management practices are followed

2. Authentication & Access Control

• Secure authentication powered by Supabase
• Role-based access control for recruiters and candidates
• Restricted internal access to production data

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. TalenHire does not store or process card, UPI, or banking credentials on its own servers.

4. Interview Data Protection

Interview responses, recordings (if enabled), and AI evaluations are accessible only to authorized recruiters associated with the interview.

We do not share interview data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Infrastructure & Hosting

Our infrastructure is hosted on trusted cloud providers that follow industry-standard security practices, including network isolation, firewalls, and regular security updates.

6. Monitoring & Incident Response

• Continuous monitoring for suspicious activity
• Restricted logging access to prevent misuse
• Defined internal procedures for handling security incidents

7. Responsible Usage

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring appropriate use of interview links and reports.

8. Security Updates

We regularly review and update our security practices to align with evolving threats and industry standards.
